Cancellation Policy
Items in our store may be offered to you as party rental items, delivery, pickup and or setup services. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Rental Booking Deposit
When you book rental items with a booking deposit fee the booking fee is based on the rental items, duration, delivery and timeframe that you select. 
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for your requested services, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Termination, Cancellation and Modification Except as otherwise provided herein, orders can not be terminated, canceled, or modified after acceptance of the Client's booking by ARD Event Decor DBA Pretty Pretty Backdrops. Client may cancel a booking up to (7) seven days before delivery of rental items by 5:00 pm EST. No additional fees will be charged other than the forfeiture of the non-refundable (40%) forty percent booking deposit and any fees paid for custom items as long as the Client makes such cancellation in writing and the cancellation is acknowledged by ARD Event Decor. The Client will be (100%) one-hundred percent responsible for the Agreement amount for any cancellation after 5:00 pm EST (6) six days, or less, before the pickup/delivery or event date, and that (100 %) one-hundred percent will be immediately due to ARD Event Decor DBA Pretty Pretty Backdrops and charged to the Client.
