Can I customize my backdrop or balloon setup?

Absolutely! Every design can be tailored to your events theme, colors, and preferences. We'll work closely together to bring your vision to life.

How do I book your services?

Simply contact us by clicking the "Hire Us" or "Contact Us" button to get the process started. You may also call or send a text to (301) 456-6261. Once the design is confirmed, a deposit will secure your booking.

When should I book your services?

Services should be booked ASAP. We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance of your event. This time is needed to ensure availability and secure the items needed for your event.

What is the payment policy?

A forty percent deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 10 days before the event date.
